Mail-in Requirements
To participate in this mail-in rebate offer, purchase one of the following:
- Dasuquin 150 count Chewable Tablets or 150 count Soft Chews
- Dasuquin for Cats 84 count Sprinkle Capsules
You will receive a check by mail when you complete and send the required items in a first-class stamped envelope. Please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery of check.
You must have Adobe Reader 9.0 or newer to print the rebates.
