How does Oxstrin Optimized help support oxidative balance?
Oxstrin Optimized stimulates an increase in your pet’s own levels of certain antioxidants, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), considered the body’s most important antioxidant, as well as provides antioxidant vitamins.
Oxstrin Optimized is available in two formulations: Oxstrin Optimized Canine and Oxstrin Optimized Feline. Both formulations contain a bioactive SOD complex and an optimal blend of vitamins including B vitamins and vitamins A, D, E, and K, plus biotin and beta-carotene.
The vitamin levels in both formulations have been scientifically formulated to support optimal metabolic functions and to provide antioxidant effects when combined with the dog and cat’s daily diet. (see chart below)

Concept of Vitamin Levels and Subsequent Animal Health Response
Minimum daily requirements may not be sufficient for pets experiencing physiologic and oxidative stress:
- Overweight pets
- Those with gastrointestinal conditions
- Pets with diminished appetite
Some pets need nutritional replenishment because of increased nutrient demand during these times. The addition of Oxstrin Optimized to pet foods raises critical vitamin levels to optimal, thus ensuring full nutritional support.
